Kenan Foundation Asia, in collaboration with the Citi Foundation, recently hosted the “Yes For Youth Day: Competition & Career Day” event for vocational students. Held on July 26, this event is a part of our ongoing project to empower soon-to-be graduates, disadvantaged students, and individuals with disabilities for their future careers.
The Yes For Youth Day aimed to equip vocational students aged 18-24 with essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the workforce. The highlight of the day was the “Elevator Pitching” activity, where students showcased their creativity—a crucial skill for job applications and interviews. This event boosted their potential, improving their chances of fair employment and building confidence as they step into the job market.
