BCILL: Building Capability For ICT-Enabled Learning in Laos

With funding from USAID, Kenan delivered the U.S. Government’s first education program in Laos PDR since 1975. The Building Capability for ICT-enabled Learning (BCILL) project integrated ICT education into the curriculum of schools in Vientiane and Borikhamxay Province;

it also delivered hardware and software to the target schools. Kenan capitalized on its local linguistic and operational knowledge to formulate new ICT curricula and conduct workshops and training for school administrators and master teachers involved in the project, through which an estimated 3,000 students benefited.
