Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking a senior professional for the position of Communications Specialist to build brand awareness for Kenan by writing engaging, creative content for digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write Copy: Generate original, emotional, and inspiring content for a range of digital media platforms (Facebook, newsletters, Twitter) that engages our community
Analyze: Support the Marketing Supervisor to collect performance data from on-line campaigns and evaluate the performance of media across social channels
Brand Awareness: Help people in Thailand and the region by using our social channels to drive website traffic and online donations
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Creative Writing: Use the power of your words to generate high levels of engagement in our social platforms
Stakeholder Engagement: Work in partnership with external creatives and key influencers to help magnify our message to reach and engage more people
Communication: Be able to communicate persuasively in Thai and English
Teamwork: Work as a part of a great, collaborative marketing team to support our awareness and fundraising efforts
BACKGROUND
• Having experience in writing copy, lifestyle, charitable or CSR articles, or creating marketing materials
• Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Having an eye for graphic design and layouts
